These terms apply to purchases from Picco's Part Supply, operated by in BC, Canada.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in your regional currency, or CAD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If we cannot fulfil your order or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you to arrange a correction or cancellation. We will refund any payment for items we cancel.

Products, fitment, and installation

Review each product’s description, compatibility information, limitations, and instructions before purchasing. Contact us if you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your vehicle.

Products must be installed correctly and used only for their stated purpose. Use a qualified professional where appropriate. Do not assume a product is approved for road use unless this is expressly stated; applicable vehicle requirements vary by location.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modifications, except where applicable law makes us responsible. This does not exclude responsibility for defective products or inaccurate product descriptions.

Shipping

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Contact us if your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Any import duties or taxes payable by you will be identified as your responsibility before purchase.

Returns and problems

For change-of-mind returns, contact info@piccospartsupply.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Customers pay return shipping for these returns; original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [number] days after we receive and inspect the return.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and details. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund, including shipping costs where required. The change-of-mind conditions do not limit your legal rights.

Warranties and liability

Any additional product warranty will be stated on the product page. Warranties and remedies required by applicable law continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and limit our total liability relating to an order to the amount you paid for that order. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable rights concerning personal injury, defective products, or consumer protection.

These terms are governed by the laws of BC and applicable Canadian federal laws, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
